Dusty Rhodes
Dusty Rhodes is a native born Tylerite. He graduated TJC, earning the Celeadono Romero Guitar Scholarship granted by Dr. Frank Kimlicko. Under the direction of Neal Pennington of University of Texas El Paso, he then obtained the Houston Endowment for the Arts. Performing numerous classical guitar concerts in the Southwest United States and Northern Mexico. Mr. Rhodes holds a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts from University of Texas El Paso.
In post graduate studies, Dusty Rhodes attended Texas A&M at Commerce Texas (formerly East Texas State University). There under the direction of Dr. Robert House, he studied composition and cello. In addition Mr. Rhodes studied piano with Dr. George Mueller. Mr. Mueller was the pianist for the East Texas Symphony.
